Our top premium Malbec wine is hand-picked harvested and fermented with native yeasts in small containers, avoiding the use of pumps and adding a small percentage of hand-picked selected stalks. It is aged for 12 months in 600-litre (160 gallons) French oak barrels, bottled without clarification, stabilization or filtering.
