These wines are made with the best grapes from our vineyard, where maceration started at cold temperature previous to fermentation. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed at 26ºC, a post-fermenting maceration took place over the next 7 days, making a total of 28 tank days and then aged 10 months in French oak barrels.
Deep violet of high intensity. Black mature red fruit open up in the nose wrapped in subtle spicy and well integrated wood notes. A wine that impresses the palate with fruity flavors and round soft tannins. Balanced with an elegant body.
Intense plum color, with outstanding red fruit notes, spicy with balsamic traces. Its good personality opens in the palate revealing a good body and structure of mature tannins.
